About Amy
With 25 years in the fitness industry, and my own journey through competition, body image, and recovering from an eating disorder, I've learned health should never be about constantly counting calories or chasing perfection. My philosophy is simple, eat well, stay active, build habits that actually fit your life. After 25 years I've learnt there's no perfect diet, training programme or body, just what works for you and what you can stick with long after the initial motivation fades.
“Fitness should add to your life, not take it over.”
That's exactly what drives my Women's Small Group Personal Training. I wanted to build somewhere women of every age, shape and ability could train together, get stronger, and feel genuinely supported, structured coaching with all the energy, fun and banter that comes from training as part of a team. Strength training can completely change how a woman sees herself, instead of focusing on how her body looks, she begins to appreciate what it can do. There's no expectation to already be fit or strong. You start where you are, and we build from there.
I encourage my clients to focus less on scales and comparison, and more on strength, energy, consistency and personal progress. True strength isn't about how much you lift, it's the confidence to become your own personal best.
